Synopsis
In Tokyo there are people who awaken supernatural abilities, called Attractors. Custos is a secret organization that tracks down people who have just awoken and kills them using cyborg soldiers. Quon works with a group of other Attractors to reach those who have awoken before Custos and save them, but Quon himself if a mystery. Custos has never seen his real appearance, but they have named him Insania.
